Charlie Sheen seems to be back to his old partying ways, after calming down his wild behaviour in 2011, soon after he was sacked from 'Two and A Half Men'.

Sheen's neighbours have recently complained that the star has started to host loud parties at his Beverly Hills home. According to them, Brooke Mueller has attended these parties, where people got drunk, smoked outside, went in and out of the house at any given hour and, also, made a lot of noise: 'There have been abnormally high levels of activity at the house all hours of the night. The party goers, including Sheen, will smoke cigarettes outside in his backyard and swear loudly. It's becoming a nuisance.'

46-year old Charlie Sheen denied partying with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who is on probation for a cocaine possession conviction, and has admitted herself to rehab after an alleged drug relapse. The actor has recently told Matt Lauer that he still drinks alcohol, but everything is under control. 'I have different theories about the whole thing. One of them is, ark near the VIP exit', Sheen said, in an attempt to explain his longtime bad habits.

The general belief is that Sheen has gone back to partying hard because he has no projects to work on at the moment: 'Filming for his new television show, Anger Management, is done for the first season of the show. Things always go awry with Charlie when he isn't working.'

When asked about Mueller's drug relapse, Charlie Sheen had a weird reply for TMZ, which neither confirms nor denies the rumors: 'I can't speak to anyone's opinion and judgement. I was there, they were not. Their tepid hearsay is a baseless static drone, a mantra, their theme. I refuse to be held hostage by their 'constitutional' privilege, to judge those who can and who do.'
